St. Petersburg White Nights Watercolor Unboxing and Swatching Video

Just a few words on this set: it is made in Russia and it is a set of 36 full pans of artist grade, lightfast watercolors. A 12 and a 24 colors set are also available. I played with them a little, and I really like the fact that on the one hand they are very pigmented, but on the other hand they dilute very easily, so that their opacity can be at modulated very comfortably. They are not chalky at all, unlike some other lower grade watercolors I’ve played with. They feel quite creamy when you pick them up, although not quite as creamy as the Gansai Tambi, which I love, but to me do not feel exactly like watercolors when you put them down. I am pretty happy with the selection of colors and with this product in general. 🙂 Each pan in wrapped individually and the the wrapping contains information on the lightfastness and the pigment for that particular color. Ciao a tutti! Oggi voglio condividere un post e un video un po’ diversi dal solito: ho di recente acquistato un set di acquerelli e, poiché mi è sembrato un buon affare, ho deciso di realizzare un piccolo video di unboxing e swatch. Il set di acquarelli in questione si chiama White Nights, è prodotto in Russia, ed è un set di 36 acquerelli per artisti resistenti alla luce. Se siete interessati sono in vendita anche un set di 12 e un set di 24 colori. Ho sperimentato un po’ con questi acquarelli, e mi piacciono davvero molto: da una parte hanno molto pigmento, ma dall’altra è davvero facile diluirli e controllarne l’opacità. Sono piuttosto cremosi, ma non nel modo in cui lo sono i Gansai Tambi, che adoro, ma danno una sensazione diversa rispetto ai classici acquarelli. Devo dire che sono davvero contenta con la selezione di colori disponibile, e con questo prodotto in generale.
