Hi everyone! Today I am back with a super sweet Christmas card I made using a bunch of stamps by Lawn Fawn, as well as their new Knit Picky 6×6” paper pad.
I stamped images from different stamp sets on some Neenah Solar White cardstock using Memento Tuxedo black ink and I colored them with my Spectrum Noir markers. I used the add-on die to the Sprinkled with Joy stamp set to cut the oven, and backed the oven glass window with some vellum paper.
For my background I chose three different designs from the Lawn Fawn Knit Picky 6×6” paper pad.
For the frame I cut one of the sheets to 4.25×5.5” and used a die by Studio Katia to obtain the frame itself.
The gray background is also cut to 4.25×5.5”, and for the floor in my little scene I used a strio of red patterned paper from the same collection.
I stamped my sentiment using my MISTI and some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink as well as some Memento Ink in Love Letter. I then went ahead and adhered all the elements to the card base, popping up the frame and some of the images with a layer of foam tape.
And the fun part of this card is that, thanks to the add-on die I used, the oven door opens and closes, revealing the cookie tray inside. Here is how it looks when it’s closed
And here is how it looks with the door open:
Isn’t it super fun?
