Hi everyone! Today I am back to show you a friendship card I made for the Studio Katia blog using the Hello Alice stamp set and the Dotted Patterns Fancy Squares Creative dies. Because the kitty image in this set is so cute – and because I am a bit of a cat lady π – I thought it would be fun to create a card with a crowd of sweet cats. So I stamped a bunch of kittens as well as the little girl in the set on some Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored them with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut out all the images.
I then cut some watercolor cardstock using the Dotted Patterns Fancy Squares Creative dies. I blended Distress Oxides in Faded Jeans and Salty Ocean on the inside panel, and for some extra interest I added some water splashes and some white droplets.
For the outside frame I used Distress Oxides in Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves. In order to add some fun details I repeatedly stamped the hearts trio in the Hello Alice stamp set using Seedless Preserves.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on some black cardstock and adhered everything on a square card base.
And that’s it for today! I really hope you liked this card, and I hope I inspired you to create using the sweet Hello Alice stamp set. Thank you all so much for stopping by, and have a great day!
