Hi everyone! Today I a back with a sweet card I created using the collaboration stamp between SugarPea Designs and Simon Says Stamp for STAMPtember 2018! We’re so pleased to be sharing in the excitement of STAMPtember with our friends at Simon Says Stamp! For my card today I decided to do some coloring with Prismacolor pencils on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock. I also used my Zest It solution to blend the colors (this a product that is similar to Gamsol).
I used the SugarPea Designs Zig Zag Stitched Circles to die cut three circular panels, stamped the images with black ink, and colored them in. I then blended Distress Inks in Vintage Photo and Ground Espresso on the edges of the circular panels to add definition and interest.
For my card base I used the Card Front Element Builder set to cut two of the papers from the SugarPea Designs Happy Camper paper pad. I sponged the edges with Distress Inks in Vintage Photo and Ground Espress and mounted them on a top folding A2 card base.
I raised the circular panels using some craft foam, and that finished off my card.
