Clean and Simple Floral Card with Concord & 9th Pretty Poppy and Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers

Hi everyone! Today I am back with my fourth and last post as a guest designer for the Concord & 9th Feature Friday! This month has gone by so fast, it’s hard to believe that it’s over already! Before going into the details of today’s card, I want to take a moment to say thank you to Concord and 9th for this great opportunity! I loved creating with their amazing products and I hope you enjoyed my inspiration too!
The products the other guest designers and I are featuring today are the Pretty Poppy Stamps and Dies. These are available on the Concord and 9th store and can be purchased individually or as a bundle.

I started by stamping the images and the sentiment in the set on some Canson XL watercolor cardstock. I used Versafine Onyx black ink and embossed them with clear embossing powder. The fun and really smart feature of this set is that the two floral images are tow separate stamps, that designed in a way such that you can stamp them without needing to create a maks.

I colored the images with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and added a few droplets to the background with Distress Ink in Black Soot. As a finishing touch I drew some wiggly lines around the edges of the card front using a Memento Tuxedo Black pen.

I mounted everything on a top-folding A2 card base and that finished off my card.
And that’s it for today! Don’t forget to visit the Concord & 9th blog and check out the inspiration from the other designers! If you are interested, the February release by Concord & 9th is also available for purchase as a bundle on the Concord & 9th Store.
Thank you all so much for stopping by and have a great day!
