Prismacolor on Toned Gray Paper – Studio Katia March 2019 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hi everyone! It is time for a new Studio Katia release and today we are celebrating with a blog hop and giveaways! This release includes 7 new clear stamp sets, 6 sets of coordinating dies, 5 new stand alone Creative Dies, 6 new Stencils and a new embellishment! Read this post until the end for more details about the hop and the giveaways!

To celebrate the new release I created an elegant floral card with stamps from the new Kind Bouquet stamp set.  I started by stamping the flowers from the set with white pigment ink on Strathmore Toned Gray paper. I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils and die cut them with the coordinating dies.

I then cut two more panels out of Toned Gray paper, one with the Darling Ribbon and Frames dies and the other with the scalloped rectangle in the new, beautiful Scallop Heart Cover dies. I blended white pigment ink and some new stencils to create a pattern on the panels. I used the Grid Stencil on the first and the Underwater Sun Rays on the second.

I stamped the word kindness on some more Toned Gray paper with the same white ink and die cut with the Kind Bouquet Coordinating dies.
I raised the scalloped rectangle over the base with one layer of foam tape and glued down the floral image and the die cut word kindness. I completed the sentiment by stamping the word matters with Memento Dew Drops in London Fog. I added a few clear drops and that finished off my card.

And now it’s time to talk about giveaways! Studio Katia is giving away TWO $50 CAD gift certificate on their Blog. Winners will be chosen randomly from comments left on Studio Katia Blog.
