Hi everyone! Today I am back with a fun winter card with a slider tag, created with the Studio Katia Slider Tag dies and Kobi’s Ice Day stamp set. There is also a video at the end of this post, in case you are interested in watching the card making process and seeing how to assemble the slider tag.
For the card background I started by die cutting some watercolor cardstock with the Darling Ribbon & Frames dies. I then used my Nuvo Shimmer powder in the color Lilac Waterfall to create a shimmery and textured look. Once the background was dry, I heat embossed some snowflakes from the Snowflake set with White Puff Twinkle embossing powder.
I cut some more watercolor cardstock with the Slider Tag dies. I obtained three die cuts and added some more Nuvo Shimmer Powders to two of them (the one in the middle and the one in the background). I stamped the sentiment from the Snowflakes set on the background panel. I used Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
The images I used are part of the Kobi’s Ice Day stamp set. I stamped on Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock with Spectrum Noir Finesse Alcohol Proof ink and colored them with Illustrator markers. I thed die cut them with the coordinating dies.
I glued everything to a top-folding A2 card base and embellished the card front with some sequins from the Pink Winter Mix and that finished off my card.
