I cut all the elements I needed out of some Bristol Smooth cardstock and added a brick wall pattern to the house and the roof with the Heffy Doodle Brick by Brick Stencil.
I used Distress Inks in Fired Brick for the roof, portico and window frames, Pumice Stone on the house walls and Lucky Clover on the wreath. I created some ornaments on the wreath with Nuvo Drops in Ruby Slipper.
The images I used are from the Waffle Flower Cookie Time stamp set and were just perfect for this project. I colored them with alcohol markers and used them to decorate the house.
The post today is pretty short, but I have a video tutorial for you, if you are interested in more details about how to create this 3D house. My secret dream is to make a tiny winter village, but I am not sure I will make it before winter ends! 😂 As always, too many ideas, too little time…!
