QUICK Christmas Card Backgrounds with ONE STAMP SET

Hey everyone! Today I am back to share with you a little trick to create some quick backgrounds for your cards!

The stamp set you will need for these backgrounds is the Scrapbook.com Wordfetti Christmas ( SBC ) . A stamp positioner like the MISTI (SBC) will be also crucial for today’s background.

The first thing you want to do is to select some of the stamps in the set and mount them in your MISTI. Alternate solid and open patterns and make sure they stretch further than the size of your card front.

If you want to work even faster, you can use pre cut card fronts. ( SBC )

Stamp your sentiments and then slide your background upwards. Ink up again and repeat the steps until you fill the entire panel.

I used the Catherine Pooler Spring Fling Bundle ( SBC ) for a rainbow background…

…and Black Premium Dye Ink Pad ( SBC ) for a more neutral one.

This first rainbow background was created by stamping three lines in one color, and then moving on to the next. You can see it in the picture above.

You can also alternate colors at every line, and you can do that with your stamps still mounted on your MISTI! All you need is some masking tape ( SBC ).

And there you have it! Our third background for today!

Curious to see how I used these panels? Stay Tuned for a new post on Monday!
