Hello everyone! I am finally back with another card and a process video! The card features images from three different sets of stamps from My Favorite Things, and I used a fourth one for the sentiment. I love being able to mix and match images from different sets, because it really allows me to stretch my stamps, and makes me feel I am giving my crafty supplies the love they deserve 😉
To start off I stamped the images on Neenah Solar White cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored them with my Spectrum Noir markers and cut them using the coordinating dies.
To create my background I used Distress Inks in Broken China and Tumbled Glass, which I blended using my Ranger foam blender. For the big clouds I die cut some white heavyweight cardstock using the stitched cloud border die from the Mama Elephant Landscape Trio dies, and applied some Tumbled Glass for some added interest.
I glued all the elements to the sky background and coated the clouds and the Sun with lots of glitter using my Spectrum Noir clear glitter pen. For my sentiment I used the My Favorite Things Adorable Elephants set and the banner die from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Journaling Card set.
I used foam tape to raise the front panel over some white cardstock, and I used some MFT patterned paper trimmed to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2″ as a base for my design.

Lastly, I would like to mention that I created this card to apply to the Design Team call over at the Jo’s Scrap Shack blog. It’s a bit of a leap for me, but I always like to challenge myself with new and exciting adventures!

USARE TIMBRI IN MANIERA CREATIVA – TIMBRI MY FAVORITE THINGS E MARKER SPECTRUM NOIR
Ciao a tutti! Sono finalmente tornata sul blog con un’altra card e un video! Ho realizzato la card di oggi usando timbri da tre set diversi, tutti di My Favorite Things, e un quarto per il messaggio, anch’esso di My Favorite Things. È davvero una bella soddisfazione riuscire a creare card usando timbri da set diversi, perché consente di sfruttare al meglio i prodotti che possiedo!
Per iniziare ho timbrato le immagini su del cartoncino Neenah Solar White usando inchiostro Memento in Tuxedo Black. Le ho poi colorate con i miei marker Spectrum Noir, e ritagliate con le fustelle in coordinato ai timbri.
Per creare lo sfondo ho utilizzato del cartoncino Strathmore Bristol Smooth e i Distress Ink nei colori Tumbled Glass e Broken China, che ho sfumato con il mini ink blender di Ranger. Per le nuvole più grandi ho ritagliato del cartoncino bianco utilizzando le fustelle del set Landscape Trio di Mama Elephant. Ho poi passato una mano molto leggera di Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass per creare una sfumatura e aggiungere tridimensionalità alle nuvole.
Ho incollato tutti gli elementi allo sfondo, e ho fatto aderire il tutto su un pannello di cartoncino bianco utilizzando del nastro in schiuma biadesivo. Per rendere il look più completo ho aggiunto della carta decorata come base della card.
