Inlay Die Cutting feat Studio Katia Kobi’s Hugs and Kisses

Hello everyone! It’s Release Preview week over at the Studio Katia blog, and today we are showcasing the super sweet Kobi’s Hugs and Kisses stamp set! I have said many times how much I love this cute character, so I was very excited to create a card using this set!

For the background I cut some white cardstock using the frame die in the Dotted Patterned Loops Creative Dies set. I also used the heart die in the Dotted Mini Tags 1 set to cut out some hearts from the main background panel. I blended Distress Oxides in Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspblerry on the die cut hearts and on the frame. I used the same inks to also stamp the envelopes on the background. I the added some sparkle to the ink blended elements and to the heart that Kobi is holding with my Spectrum Noir clear overlay pen.

To finish off the card I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black ink and adhered everything to my A2 card base. I tucked the die cut hearts in the corresponding negative cuts on my background panel for an inlay die cut look.
