Sugar Pea Designs Fall 2018 Sweet Peek Week – Day 2

Hi everyone, and welcome to day 2 of the Sweek Peek Week for the Sugar Pea Designs Fall 2018 release! 
Today we are showcasing the super fun Seeing Stars Stamp Set and the Stacked Stars Sugar Cuts, great for birthday and encouragement cards! 
I decided to go for a simple design, and to use these new products in combination with papers from the Happy Camper and the Spots and Stripes Brights Paper Pads. 

I started by cutting both the striped paper and the starry sky with the stitched rectangle die in the Card Front Element Builder set. I then trimmed off the bottom third of the starry sky panel using another die in the same set.

I used three different sized dies from the Stacked Stars set to cut some bright yellow cardstock and I glued them on the starry sky, creating a visual triangle.

I heat embossed the sentiment happy birthday with white embossing powder on a strip of the same starry sky patterned paper I used for the top panel of my card, and that finished off my project.
