Moon-shaped Halloween Card | Waffle Flower Boo

Hi everyone! Today I am back with a quick and fun Halloween card, featuring the Waffle Flower Boo stamp set! I really love this set and I thought it would be fun to create a custom-shaped card, where the card base is the full moon and the adorable bear and his friends are just flying by.
The card is really quick to make, and I think it could be a fun idea for a lunch note, too. Make sure to check out the video at the end of this post, if you’d like to see a step by step tutorial.

I started by stamping the images from the Boo stamp set on Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock. I used Finesse Alcohol Proof Ink by Spectrum Noir and and I colored the images with my Illustrator markers. I also added some highlights with a white gel pen to make the images pop even more.

For the card base I die cut some more Neenah Solar White 11lb cardstock with one of the dies in the Tonic Studios Layering Circles set. I colored it with my Spectrum Noir markers, trying to give it a rounded and textured look.

I mounted it on a circular card base of the same size and I coated it with my Spectrum Noir Clear Overlay Pen, to add a little extra sparkle. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder and added it to my card front, and that finished off the card.

If you’d like to see the whole card making process in more detail, here is the video tutorial I created for you. And if you like it, make sure to let me know in the comments and to subscribe to my channel, if you haven’t already! Thank you all so much for your support!
