One Layer Gift Tag with Alcohol Markers | 25 Days of Christmas Tags 2019

Hi everyone! Today I am really excited to be joining the 9th edition of Tracey McNeely’s 25 Days of Christmas Tags! If you are new to this fun event you can check out all the details here.
The tag I created today features the Studio Katia Dotted Shaker Tag 1 die and images from the Kobi Makes a Wish and Lots of Gifts Trimmings stamp sets and it was all colored with Illustrator and Spectrum Noir Original markers.

I started by die cutting the tag out of some Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock and I did some masked stamping. I like using repositionable packaging labels for my masking –  they are inexpensive and work great! The ink I used is the Spectrum Noir Finesse ink in the color Flagstone.

I colored the the images and the background with my Illustrator and Spectrum Noir original markers and then stamped the greeting and the little stars, part of the Gift Tag Greetings: Winter stamp set. I threaded a ribbon from my stash through the opening of the tag and that finished off my project for today!

Don’t forget to check out Tracey’s blog for more details on the 25 Days of Christmas Tags event – it’s super fun and there are prizes up for grabs!
Thank you all for stopping by and have a great day!

The items marked with a * were sent to me for free for designing purposes.
