Hi everyone! Christmas is fast approaching and I am pretty sure we are all on the lookout for some quick and cute ideas for our last minute Christmas cards! I don’t know about you, but in my case no matter how early on I start, there are never enough Christmas cards in my stash!
The ones I am sharing today are really quick to make, but I think still very nice thanks to the use of patterned paper and the super cute Rudy stamp set by Impronte d’Autore.
I started off by creating my Christmas baubles with the die Tag Tonda by Impronte d’Autore  and papers from the Doodlebug Rainbow Dot-Stripe Petite Print paper pad.
I used one of the dies in the set to die cut the base of the baubles out of some white cardstock. I used to other to die cut some Doodlebug paper, thus obtaining two circular frames and two die cut circles.

I used that same die to cut some more white cardstock. I glued the white frames under the colored ones to create some dimension.
I die cut the circular panels with the die Bordo Colline and created two snowy hills.

I put the baubles together as you can see in the picture below and created a snowfall effect on the one with the red background, using a white gel pen.
The images I chose to decorate the baubles are part of the set Rudy  and were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

Form my card bases I die cut some white cardstock with the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables. I then cut some scalloped rectangles out of some more papers in the Doodlebug Rainbow Dot-Stripe Petite Print with the Flippin’ Awesome Add-On die by Lawn Fawn.

I glued the panels on the card bases at an angle, to create some more interest.

For the sentiment banner I used the Flippin’ Awesome  dies and stamps from the Christmas Dreams set.  I raised the banner on some foam tape for some extra dimension.
I also threaded some embroidery floss through the eylet of my Christmas Baubles, so that they look as if they are hanging from the top of the card.

And here’s the final result!
I find these cards really cute and, as I said, they are rather quick to make. The patterned paper adds extra detail with very little effort on our part and coloring these super cute reindeers doesn’t take long at all!
