Trying no line watercoloring with Distress Inks feat Wild Rose Studio stamps

Hello everyone! Today I am back with another card and a process video! First of all I would like to thank those of you who took a look at my last video, and in particular to those who shared their thoughts about it on Facebook and on YouTube! I really appreciate it!

For today’s card I decided to use a stamp by Wild Rose Studio called Bella with Mum and to attempt some no-line watercoloring with Distress Inks. It was the first time for me trying out this technique and, although I am happy about the way the card turned out, I figured out a couple of ways to make it better next time πŸ™‚
If you want to see how I created this card you can check out the video below πŸ™‚

And here is the list of supplies I used:
Stamps: Bella with Mum by Wild Rose Studio, Cross my Earth by Mama Elephant (sentiment)
Ranger Archival Ink in Jet Black
Acrylic block by Knorr Prandell
Tonic Studios Guillotine Trimmer
Canson XL watercolor paper
Lukas round brushes Number 1 and 6
Tonic Studios Tape Runner
Foam tape and cardstock from a local store
Tesa painters tape

Distress inks:
For stamping: Hickory Smoke and Spun Sugar
For the elephants: Hickory Smoke, Tattered Rose for the inside of the ears and Weathered Wood for the toenails
For the balloons: Shaded Lilac, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves
For the flower: Twisted Citron, Mustard Seed, Shaded Lilac and Picked Raspberry
For the grass: Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint
For the sky: Tumbled Glass
And that’s it! I hope you guys enjoyed my video and this format for the blog post. I would love to hear what you think about my experiments with video making, and of course about my cards!
I hope to be back with another one soon, and in the meantime I wish you all a great day! Ciaooo!
