Quick and Easy Christmas Card feat SugarPea Designs

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share a fun Christmas card I created with the Merry Makers stamp set for my DT Feature post on the SugarPea Designs blog
For the base of my card I used papers from the Spots & Stripes Brights paper pad. I first die cut the green one with the Postage Stamp Sugar Cut, and then cut three circular openings with the Zig Zag Stitched Circles.
I added a stitched detail to the red paper by running it through my die cutting machine with the Card Front Element Builder.

I colored the three cute elves from the Merry Makers Stamp set with Spectrum Noir Markers and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I raised the green panel over a layer of foam tape and glued down my images as well.
For the sentiment I did some heat embossing with white embossing powder over some black cardstock, and then I moved on to the finishing touches.

I added glitter to the Christmas lights, to the ribbon on the gift, and to the candy cane with a Spectrum Noir Clear Overlay Pen. I also added highlights and some dots on the gift with a white Gelly Roll pen.
For some extra shine and dimension I coated the Christmas lights and the candy cane with some Glossy Accents, and that finished off my card.
And that’s it for today! I hope you guys enjoyed this post, and I hope I inspired you to create with the fun Merry Makers stamp set!
Thank you all so much for stopping by, and have a great day!
