Hello Card feat Concord & 9th Hello There Turnabout Stamps and Dies

Hi everyone! Today I am really excited to be back with my second post for the Concord & 9th Feature Friday for the month of February. The card I created today is really bright and cheerful, and was created with the Hello There Turnabout Stamps and Dies. This is such a great set, I had a lot of fun using it and seeing the design come together! Make sure to watch the video at the end of this post to see how to use it!

In order to use this set, you will need a stamping tool like the regular size MISTI or the Tim Holtz Stamp Platform as well as the Turnabout Jig. This, together with the Alignment Aid that comes with the stamp set, will help you position your stamp correctly.

For my stamping today I used Distress Oxides. I used one of my Scrapbook.com card bases and stamped the design in the Hello There Turnabout Stamp with Distress Oxides in Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio and Twisted Citron. I trimmed down the panel to 4 by 5.25 inches, and trimmed away a strip from the center.

I did some ink blending on one of my Scrapbook.com white card bases. I used Distress Oxide in Blueprint Sketch and added a few water droplets to break dow the solid color and give some interest to the panel.
I then die cut the sentiment hello from the Hello There Turnabout Dies, and created an ombre effect with Distress Oxides in Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron. I stacked it with 4 more die cut hello words to create dimension.

I used a 4×5.25″ white cardstock panel as a base for my stamped backgrounds, and glued everything to my card base. I stamped the three hearts from the Hello There Turnabout Stamps with Distress Oxide in Twisted Citron, and that finished off my card.

And that’s it for today! Make sure to visit the Concord & 9th blog to see more inspiration with this fun stamp set! And, if you are interested and want to save a little, the February release is also available for purchase as a bundle on the Concord & 9th store!
