Music Themed Card and Tag with Stamping Only – SugarPea Designs Greatest Hits

Hi everyone! Today I am back with a card and a matching tag I created with the SugarPea Designs Greatest Hits stamp set, and a video tutorial showing how to make it!
Using a large stamp positioning tool makes it really easy to stamp a regular pattern like the one on this card, but in today’s video I will share a few tricks on how to achieve the same result using the Mini MISTI! You can find the video at the end of this post!
I started by stamping the black part of the LP record on some Neenah Solar White 80 lb cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black ink. The cardstock was cut to size using the SugarPea Designs Card Front Element Builder Dies, and I started by stamping the LP in the center, and then went ahead and stamped the ones around it.

I used another stamp in the SugarPea Designs Greatest Hits set and Memento ink in Love Letters to fill in the centers of the LP records. I then colored the area around the images with a YG03 Copic marker.

I stamped the sentiment on some white cardstock and created a drop shadow effect on the banner by layering it with some black cardstock. I mounted my card front on a top-folding A2 card base and raised the sentiment with some foam tape.

I then created a quick coordinating tag with the Enjoy Tag set and more of the images from the Greatest Hits stamp set. In order for it to match with the card, I stamped the sentiment on the tag with Memento Ink in Love Letters and colored the tag with the same YG03 Copic that I had used for the card.
As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I created a video tutorial showing how to make this
birthday card and tag set. You can watch it down below or directly on my YouTube channel!

And that’s it for today! I really hope you liked this post and enjoyed the video! Thank you all so much for stopping by and have a great day!
