Clean and Simple Stenciled Card feat The Paper Nest Dolls

Hi everyone! Today I am back with a clean and simple birthday I created as a Guest Designer for the  Swedish House Crafts Blog!

For this sweet card I used the Koalas by Paper Nest Dolls, available in the Swedish House Crafts store!

I started by stamping my images on Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored them with Copic markers and fussy cut them with my precision scissors.

For the card base I die cut some smooth white cardstock with the largest die in the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables and then created an opening with a circular die by Tonic Studios. I created the leafy pattern by blending Distress Ink in Bundled Sage over the Heffy Doodle UnbeLiefable stencil. I use the same color of Distress Ink to add shading to my sentiment banner. The sentiment is part of the Heffy Doodle Sentiment Duos set, and to die cut the banner I used the Heffy Doodle Stitched Strips of Ease.

I rhen created a cloudy sky that I glued behind the circle window on my card front. For that I used my blending brushes, the My Favorite Things Cloud Stencil and Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass.

I glued everything to a top-folding A2 card base, and that finished off my card.
And that’s it for today! A big thank you to Suha for having me as a guest designer on the Swedish House Crafts blog and to you all for stopping by!
