Hi everyone! Today I am back with another card I created with the new Spellbinders release. My previous ones were Christmas cards (you can find them here and here), but today I decided to switch things up a bit and share an uplifting, all occasion card. For the sentiment I used one of the Glimmer Hot Foil Plates from the Stylish Script collection and the card was created with the Sunday Drive dies.
I started by die cutting some Bubblegum cardstock using the Circle Around Dies. This gave me a nice pink panel, that I shade with Harmony Inks in Fuchsia and Plum Jam. I then used the Beautiful Ride Glimmer Plate [SPL | SBC] and Gold Hot Foil Roll to foil this wonderful sentiment.
For the car I used the Sunday Drive dies [SPL | SBC] and FSJ Cardstock in the colors Bubblegum, Tin Pail and Cool Pool. I also created some accents with Gold Mirror cardstock and added shading to the die cuts with Dye inks (Distress Ink in Black Soot and Harmony Inks in Parakeet and Fuchsia).
To decorate the card a bit more, I created some vellum flowers using dies in the Glimmering Layered Flowers [SPL | SBC] and Glimmering Butterflies Sets [SPL | SBC]. I layered the die cuts for added dimension and glued some Gold Foil Peals in the centers of the flowers.
I created the card base using Whip Cream and Cool Pool cardstocks, that I had die cut with the rectangle dies in the Lucky Clouds and Cascading Hearts sets. I glued everything with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive and that finished off my card.
