Heat Embossing and Alcohol Markers | Floral Thank You Card

Hi everyone! Today I am back with a floral thank you card featuring the Floral Wreath stamp set and a video sharing how to combine alcohol markers and embossing powders without ruining your marker the nibs! You can find the video at the end of this post!

The image I used today is part of the Floral Wreath stamp set [SK | EH]. I stamped it with a light ink and colored it with Illustrator markers. I used IB3, IB1 for the petals, BP1 and BP3 for the centers of the flowers, and GT1 and GT3 for the leaves.

After I was done coloring, I heat embossed the image with Rose Glitz embossing powder.

I then die cut a circle out of white cardstock. I used one of the dies in the Dotted Patterns Set 1 and heat embossed the sentiment again with Rose Glitz embossing powder.

Next, I die cut my card base with the Rectangular Dots Cover die [SK | EH] and sprinkled it with some Spectrum Noir Sparkle in the color Champagne. I glued the images and the sentiment to the base and finished everything off with some Rose Gold confetti.

If you are interested in the step-by-step process, here is the video for you. I hope you like it!
