Four Seasons Card Series – Mama Elephant Me and My Dragon – Fall

Hi everyone! Today I am back with the fourth and final card in my mini season, featuring the Mama Elephant Me and My Dragon stamp sets. If you would like to see the other cards I made, you can find them here:
Winter Card
Spring Card
Summer Card
For today’s card, which is a fall scene card, I paired the Mama Elephant Me and My Dragon set with the Little Boo Agenda. I stamped the images with Scrapbook.com Premium Hybrid Black ink on Neenah Solar White 100lb cardstock and colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers. I have a color reference chart for you, listing all the markers I used. Make sure to pin it so you can always come back to it, if you need to
All the panels on my were first cut with the Cloud Nine dies. For the mountains and the border in the front I used the Kingdom Trio dies, and for the hills I used the Landscape Trio dies. All the panels were cut from Bristol Smooth cardstock, as this is my cardstock of choice to use with Distress Oxides.

On the sky I blended Seedless Preserves, Fired Brick, Wild Honey and Mustard Seed.
For the mountains I used Frayed Burlap, Peeled Paint and Forest Moss. On the hills I blended Peeled Paint and Crushed Olive, and on the foremost panel I used Crushed Olive and Shabby Shutters.
Having lighter colors in the foreground and darker ones on the background increases the sense of deptht in the scene.

For the sentiment I used the Hello Friend Script Die, and I layered some Bristol Smooth cardstock with some fun foam to create a dimensional die cut.
The grassy border, the dragon and the ghost are raised over one layer of foam tape, while the rest is glued flat on my top-folding A2 card base.

And that’s it for today! I really hope you liked the card and enjoyed this mini series – I had lots of fun creating each and every card with these cute dragons by Mama Elephant, and would love to know which card was your favorite!
Thank you all so much for stopping by and have a great day!
