Valentine’s Day Card Duo | Scrapbook com My Whole Heart SVG File

Hi everyone! Today I am back with two cute and very easy to make cards, featuring the Scrapbook.com My Whole Heart SVG file bundle and the Heffy Doodle Beary Big Heart stamp set.

The cards were super quick to make and at the end of this post you will also find a video tutorial, if you are interested.

As a first step, I cut one of the designs in the My Whole Heart SVG file bundle from some Heffy Doodle Razzleberry and Hint of Mint cardstock. This left me with two A2 sized card backgrounds, two cut out hearts and two sentiments.

I then used Distress Oxides and my Scrapbook.com Blending Brushes to add some shading to all the cut out elements. I used Picked Raspberry on the pink background and Lucky Clover on the green one. I also used the Heffy Doodle Scribble on my Heart stencil to create a tone on tone pattern on the backgrounds.

The bear image is part of the Heffy Doodle Beary Big Heart stamp set. I stamped it on Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock with Scrapbook.com Premium Dye Black ink and colored it with my Nuvo markers. I then fussy cut it out with my EK Success Cutterbee scissors.

I adhered everything to two top folding A2 card bases, raising the bears and hearts over foam squares for some extra interest. I also added a white highlight to the hearts with a gel pen and embellished the card with Nuvo Drops in Gloss White.

And that’s it for today! Don’t forget to check out my video for a step by step tutorial on how to create these cute and simple Valentine’s day cards, featuring SVG cut files by Scrapbook.com. You can watch it down below or on my YouTube channel
