Peek A Boo Card with Scrapbook.com Advent Tree SVG File

Hi everyone! Today I am back with an interactive Christmas card created with the new Scrapbook.com Advent Tree SVG file and stamps by Lawn Fawn. This card was really fun to make and I absolutely love the way it turned out!
There is also a video at the end of this post, that will show you the whole card making process.

Also a little FYI that today is the last day to take advantage on the Handmade Gifts Sale on Scrapbook.com, if you want to get yourself a few crafty goodies!

I used files in the Advent Tree bundle to cut out the tree, the star and the numbers out of some Bristol Smooth cardstock. I added color to the tree by blending Distress Oxides in Cracked Pistachio, Lucky Clover and Pine Needles with my blending brushes. I then added some droplets with the same Distress Oxides and my Gansai Tambi Pearl Colors, for some added sparkle.
On the star I used Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade.

The images I used for the inside of the advent tree come from the Lawn Fawn Holiday Helpers, Sweet Christmas and Frosty Fairy Friends stamp set. The two bears are part of the For You, Deer stamp set.

I stamped them with Scrapbook.com Premium Hybrid Black Ink on Bristol Smooth cardstock and colored with with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

My card base is some watercolor cardstock, cut to 12×6″ and scored at 6″. I blended Distress Oxides in Aged Mahogany, Festive Berries and Picked Rasperry over the entire card front and added again droplets with the same Distress Oxides and my Gansai Tambi Pearl Colors.

I created some sentiment labels using greetings from the Holday Helpers stamp set and glued everything to my card base.
Make sure you check out the video tutorial down below, if you are interested in more details about this card! I had a lot of fun creating it and I hope you’ll give this SVG file a try!

The items marked with a * were sent to me for free for designing purposes.
